RETURN & REFUND POLICY

GoldenKey Overseas (GKO) values its customers and strives to deliver high-quality construction materials—including adhesives, sealants, waterproofing products, and more—safely and reliably. Please review our Refund and Return Policy to understand the procedures and terms applicable to returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products (industrial and construction-grade materials), returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Products received are incorrect, damaged during transit, or defective.
- Notification of issue is submitted in writing to info@goldenkeyoverseas.com within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Products are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been used or opened.
- Customized or special-order items not part of standard stock.
- Items returned without prior written approval from GKO.

Items that are not defective or incorrectly delivered.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
A. Email us at info@goldenkeyoverseas.com with:
- Order number
- Description and image(s) of the issue

Batch number and packaging photo (if applicable)
B. Upon approval, GKO will provide return shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
C. The customer is responsible for safe packaging and shipping the product back, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. INSPECTION & REFUND
- Upon receipt, the returned items will be inspected.
- If the claim is verified, GKO will offer one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the same or equivalent product

Full or partial refund (excluding shipping and customs duties)

Credit note for future purchases

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after approval.
5. CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch and must be requested in writing.
- Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Special-order or customized items are non-cancellable once processed
6. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and product immediately
- Notify the shipping carrier and GKO within 48 hours of delivery
- Retain all packaging materials for claim investigation.
